UBC IT Network and Infrastructure have found 4th Utility to be a consistently reliable contractor that employs well-trained and dependable installation technicians and project managers. 4th Utility has shown a strong ability to manage the timelines of the project in question, working with the site General Contractor and site schedule while maintaining continuity with the schedule of UBC IT, even when they diverge.

4th Utility has provided Capilano University miscellaneous Cable Services for the last number of years, but more specifically they completed a campus wide Communication Room Cleanup project in 2021.
